Looking to increase flexibility, relieve stress and increase overall wellness? Learn an effective, peace-seeking approach to karate. People of all ages and backgrounds have the opportunity to experience the benefits of of martial arts study in a positive, non-competitive, family friendly environment. This class is designed for adults/teens. Family and youth classes are listed under "Youth Enrichment."
