Looking to increase flexibility, relieve stress and increase overall wellness? Learn an effective, peace-seeking approach to karate. People of all ages and backgrounds have the opportunity to experience the benefits of martial art study in a positive, non-competitive, family friendly environment. This class is designed for youth ages 4 to 17 years. Youth from 6-7pm. Adults from 7-8pm. Family registrations have the opton to come either from 6-7pm OR 7-8pm.
