SWIM CLINICS:  3 levels (see below for descriptions)

Swim clinics are a condensed version of traditional swim lessons that will cover many of the basic water skills for all levels and will give your family the tools to practice on your own.

These clinics are not specifically aligned with ARC Level progression, but will cover a variety of skills and safety topics.

Beginner Swim Clinic (4-6 yr olds)

Children will receive an introduction to basic skills that lay the foundation for learning to swim and practice moving towards independence in the water.  Children will be introduced to basic water safety. This clinic is designed for beginner swimmers to explore the water safely.

Intermediate Swim Clinic (Ages: 7 yrs old & above)

Children will develop their basic swimming skills including some stroke and fundamentals.  Children will continue to practice different concepts and gain confidence in the water as they learn new skills. Children will learn several arm movements, kicks, and other skills while working on endurance to swim independently for longer periods of time.  They will also receive an introduction to basic water safety.
